Dip-Dyed Indigo Flannel with Resist

Posted by Betsy Stipa on

Our screen-printed plaid has been 3 years in the making. We wanted to make an artisanal printed flannel using non-toxic resist and dip-dye in studio.
The House of Scott signature broken plaid pattern was inspired by the history of Scottish plaids. For our first work jacket design we used a 10 oz. organic cotton and hemp suede that is very soft and supple. The jacket is completed with 2 classic patch pockets and two House of Scott signature double welt pockets; all reinforced with double cap rivets. Easily a favorite.
